As a registered NDIS provider, Infinity Support Services offers structured employment pathways for individuals entering the disability support sector through partnerships with external stakeholders such as AMP and WISE.
This program is designed to support new and emerging support workers by providing practical experience, structured training, and ongoing mentorship within a supportive environment.
We work closely with employment partners to recruit and onboard employees, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and confidence required to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
This program is suited to:

Individuals referred through AMP and WISE employment services

New and emerging support workers seeking experience in the disability sector
Employees in this program benefit from:

Structured induction and onboarding, including face-to-face and site-based training

Access to essential industry training modules, including NDIS standards, manual handling, and infection control

Supervised shifts with experienced team members, including buddy shifts during initial onboarding

Ongoing mentoring and regular check-ins to support performance and wellbeing

Support to build sustainable working hours and long-term employment pathways
