Tina

Corporate Governance & Risk Manager

Tina brings close to 15 years of experience across disability support, mental health and case management to Infinity Support Services. Her energetic and approachable style helps her build strong connections with clients, families and care teams. With a deep passion for the NDIS and a strong understanding of complex support needs, she focuses on ensuring services are delivered with quality, consistency and genuine care. Her goal is to create positive experiences for every participant while supporting her team to deliver exceptional support.

Audrey Gargiulo

Liaison Officer

Audrey supports participants at Infinity Support Services by maintaining compliance and ensuring staff have the resources they need to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. She is always ready to assist wherever needed and enjoys working collaboratively to create safe, supportive environments for participants. Audrey is currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing and continues to build her skills to contribute to positive, meaningful outcomes for the people supported by Infinity Support Services.

James Jai

Program Manager

James brings more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals across disability, mental health, aged care and alcohol and drug services. With qualifications in community mental health, education and disability, he combines strong clinical understanding with practical frontline insight. He has held leadership roles across a range of organisations, guiding teams and delivering high-quality support in both community and residential settings. James is passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals and creating environments where clients and staff can thrive.

Amber Lin

General Manager Finance

Amber brings over 10 years of experience gained with an ex-big 4 accounting firm, providing her with a strong foundation in accounting, financial management and governance. She has extensive experience across financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and financial controls, bringing strong commercial and financial insight to the organisation. In her role as Finance Manager, Amber oversees the organisation's finance function and works closely with the leadership team to support sound decision-making and sustainable growth. Amber is committed to maintaining strong financial governance, ensuring resources are effectively managed to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Deepak Verma

IT Systems Manager

Deepak is the IT Systems Manager at Infinity Support Services, bringing 17 years of experience leading technology within the disability sector. He oversees the organisation’s systems, cyber security and data governance, and works closely with teams across the business to keep everyday tools reliable, secure and easy to use. Deepak is focused on practical solutions that reduce administrative load for staff and safeguard participant information, so more time can be spent on direct support.

Fred Kenyi

People and Culture Manager

Fred brings 16 years of experience in the disability sector and six years in human resources leadership. With a strong foundation in disability support, mental health and community services, he combines practical frontline insight with strategic people management expertise. He has led successful culture improvement initiatives, strengthened talent development frameworks and championed diversity and inclusion across teams. Fred is passionate about building inclusive, values-driven workplace cultures and aligning people strategies with organisational goals to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Hannah Fraser

Program Coordinator

Hannah is a Program Coordinator at Infinity Support Services and has been part of the team since Infinity opened its Bendigo operations in early 2024. Passionate about person-centred support, she works closely with participants, families and staff to ensure high-quality services, meaningful outcomes, and positive experiences for everyone involved.

John Mooney

Administration & Intake Coordinator

John is an administration all rounder at Infinity Support Services, overseeing our intake service and leading a small team to ensure new participants experience a smooth and supportive onboarding process. He also manages OH&S, procurement and a wide range of ad hoc tasks that keep our operations running efficiently each day. Known for his problem solving mindset and willingness to jump in wherever he is needed, John plays a key role in strengthening internal systems and improving service delivery. His goal is to help modernise our organisation by streamlining processes, reducing manual paperwork and driving practical digital solutions that support both staff and participants.

Raelene Amalfi

SIL Program Coordinator

With over 30 years of experience supporting people with disabilities, Raelene is passionate about providing person-centred care with warmth, compassion, empathy, respect, and dignity. She values building genuine relationships and empowering people to achieve their goals. Outside work, she is a proud mother who loves horse riding, waterfalls, and nature.

Baraa Tissaoui

Complex SIL Program Coordinator

Baraa is a Complex SIL Program Coordinator with extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve safe, person-centred outcomes. Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, service coordination and risk management, he is dedicated to enhancing quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring tailored supports that meet each participant’s unique goals and aspirations.

Simon Stacey

Complex SIL Program Coordinator

With over eight years in the disability sector, Simon believes the best support comes from listening first, solving problems collaboratively, and never losing sight of the individual. He is passionate about building practical, person-centred systems that improve outcomes for participants and empower teams.

Justin Kenyi

Clinical Manager

Justin brings extensive experience across public health, community mental health, forensic services and disability support. He holds a Master of Mental Health Nursing, is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, and is currently completing a Master of Healthcare Leadership. He has worked across a range of senior clinical roles supporting people with complex mental health, behavioural and disability support needs. Known for his compassionate leadership style, Justin is committed to strengthening clinical governance, building workforce capability and enhancing the quality of supports provided to people with disability.

Ankita Gupta

Rostering and Recruitment

Ankita’s role combines rostering and recruitment to ensure participants receive reliable, high-quality support. She coordinates staff schedules, fills vacant shifts, recruits skilled support workers, and manages workforce needs. Through careful planning, communication, and teamwork, she helps build a dependable team while ensuring services run smoothly every day.

Rabeea Akbar

Practice Lead

Rabeea is the Practice Lead at Infinity Support Services Australia, bringing a strong commitment to delivering safe, person-centred and high-quality support. She holds a Master of Social Work and has experience supporting people with complex needs across mental health and disability services.

With a strong understanding of clinical risk management, mental health and person-centred practice, Rabeea is committed to ensuring participants receive support that is respectful, individualised and aligned with their goals, needs and choices.

Rabeea focuses on strengthening staff capability, promoting high standards of practice, managing clinical and safeguarding risks, and supporting continuous improvement across services.

Outside of work, Rabeea is a proud mum who enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, going for walks and discovering good food. She values balance, connection and wellbeing both in her professional and personal life
