Justin Kenyi

Clinical Manager

Justin is an experienced Clinical Manager with extensive experience in both the public health and private sectors. He holds multiple qualifications, including a Master in Mental Health Nursing, a Bachelor of Nursing, a Bachelor of Social Sciences, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management. As a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nursing, he has a strong background working with complex clients across hospital, community mental health, forensic, and disability settings. Justin has held senior clinical, consultative, and management roles within organisations such as Mercy Health, Scope Australia, Gellibrand Support Services, and Talent Quarter. A compassionate leader committed to his community, he is dedicated to ensuring people with disabilities receive high-quality care and support and strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves.

Fred Kenyi

People and Culture Manager

With 16 years of dedicated experience in the disability sector, Fred has extensive expertise in providing comprehensive assistance to individuals with diverse needs. Fred's career has been built on a foundation of empathy, advocacy, and specialized knowledge that enables him to create meaningful impact in the lives of the people we support.

 

Fred is also an experienced Strategic Human Resources leader, with 6 years of distinguished experience in HR management and cultivating thriving workplace cultures. He holds a number of qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Education (majoring in Economics), a Diploma of Mental Health, a Diploma of Community Services (with a focus in Case Management), and Certificates in Disability, Individual Support, and Leisure and Health.

 

Fred has demonstrated expertise in transforming organizational culture, implementing people-first initiatives, and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. He is known for building inclusive environments that drive employee engagement, retention, and business performance.

 

Fred has led comprehensive culture transformation initiatives resulting in measurable improvements in employee engagement scores and reduced turnover. He has designed and implemented strategic talent management frameworks that align with organizational values and objectives, developed innovative people programs that strengthen company culture while supporting business growth, and championed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster a more inclusive workplace culture.

James Jai

Program Manager

With over 14 years of experience, James has dedicated his career to supporting individuals with diverse needs, including mental health challenges, alcohol and drug dependencies, disabilities, and aged care. He brings a wealth of expertise to his role, combined with a strong academic foundation. James holds a Bachelor of Community Mental Health and AOD, a Diploma of Education, a Certificate IV in Disability, and a Certificate in Training and Assessment.

 

James is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to achieve theirgoals, and throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles across a wide range of organizations. His experience spans multiple sectors, including disability, mental health, and aged care, where he has been instrumental in leading teams and supporting diverse groups in both community and institutional settings.

Camille Ysabel

Housing & Admin Solutions Officer

Camille brings over 8 years of experience in administrative support, real estate, and marketing. With a background that spans reputable companies like Alveo (Ayala) and Filinvest—and having run her own restaurant as an entrepreneur—Camille has developed a well-rounded skillset that blends efficiency, creativity, and initiative.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and is licensed under HLURB. Camille is highly skilled in clerical operations, promotions, and digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, Microsoft applications, and more.

 

In her current role as Housing & Admin Solutions Officer, Camille manages a wide range of admin responsibilities for the team, including email and property listings management, social media coordination, document processing, and website updates. She plays a key role in supporting housing projects and ensuring smooth communication across platforms.

 

Known for being organised and reliable, Camille is driven by her love for her kids and takes pride in creating structure and clarity in fast-paced environments.

 

Outside of work, she’s a car enthusiast who loves to travel—having explored the USA, Japan, and Hong Kong—and enjoys winding down with good music.
