Tina Horton
Service Delivery Manager
Tina is the Service Delivery Manager at Infinity Support Services, bringing close to 15 years of experience across disability support, mental health and case management. Her energetic and approachable style helps her build strong connections with clients, families and care teams. With a deep passion for the NDIS and a strong understanding of complex support needs, Tina focuses on ensuring services are delivered with quality, consistency and genuine care. Her goal is to create positive experiences for every client while supporting her team to provide exceptional support.

Audrey Gargiulo
Accommodation Coordinator
Audrey is the Accommodation Coordinator at Infinity Support Services. She supports participants by maintaining compliance and ensuring staff have the resources they need to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. Audrey is always ready to assist wherever needed and enjoys working collaboratively to create safe, supportive environments for participants. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing and continues to build her skills to contribute to positive, meaningful outcomes for the people supported by Infinity Support Services.

John Mooney
Administration & Intake Coordinator
John is an administration all rounder at Infinity Support Services, overseeing our intake service and leading a small team to ensure new participants experience a smooth and supportive onboarding process. He also manages OH&S, procurement and a wide range of ad hoc tasks that keep our operations running efficiently each day. Known for his problem solving mindset and willingness to jump in wherever he is needed, John plays a key role in strengthening internal systems and improving service delivery. His goal is to help modernise our organisation by streamlining processes, reducing manual paperwork and driving practical digital solutions that support both staff and participants.

Justin Kenyi
Clinical Manager
Justin is the Clinical Manager at Infinity Support Services, bringing extensive experience across public health, community mental health, forensic services and disability support. With qualifications including a Master in Mental Health Nursing and accreditation as a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, he is highly skilled in working with complex client needs. Justin has held senior clinical and leadership roles with several major organisations and is known for his compassionate, steady approach to care. He is committed to strengthening clinical practice, supporting his team and ensuring people with disabilities receive safe, high-quality support that truly enhances their wellbeing.

Fred Kenyi
People and Culture Manager
Fred is the Strategic HR Manager at Infinity Support Services, bringing 16 years of experience in the disability sector and 6 years in human resources leadership. With a strong foundation in disability support, mental health and community services, he combines practical frontline insight with strategic people management expertise. Fred is passionate about building inclusive, values-driven workplace cultures that support both staff and clients to thrive. He has led successful culture improvement initiatives, strengthened talent development frameworks and championed diversity and inclusion across teams. Committed to creating positive, sustainable change, Fred focuses on aligning people strategies with organisational goals to deliver meaningful outcomes for the entire community.

James Jai
Program Manager
James is a Team Leader at Infinity Support Services with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals across disability, mental health, aged care and alcohol and drug services. With qualifications in community mental health, education and disability, he brings both strong clinical understanding and practical frontline insight. James is passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals and has held leadership roles across a variety of organisations, guiding teams and delivering high-quality support in both community and residential settings. He is committed to creating positive outcomes and fostering environments where clients and staff can thrive.
